Establishing the intent and purpose of HIVE, we identified consumer vs business goals to develop the framework, map, and intuitive architecture keeping in mind consumer-centric, frictionless onboarding and positive user experience. Next step was concept design and user testing, from these findings we expect refinement and a continuous agile environment for optimization.
