eChirp is a social platform aimed at connecting people to new friends, networking as well as creating unique and intimate events. My role incorporated the following:
UX Strategy: Discussing with developer and cofounders the personality and goals of eChirp to arrive at a design personality – what to design, why and how we will capture it in an experience vision which generates momentum within the organization and serve as a guide going forward for all things visual (site, app, marketing, content).
UX Research: To arrive at the strategy, I performed a competitive analysis to unearth needs, perceptions of analogous companies and develop user personas, gaining empathy that supports strong relationships
UX App/Web & Flow Designs, UX Content Design: Utilizing best in class UX principles create rudimentary and once approved, hifi wireframes with content buildout to meet audience needs and determine form, delivery , expression to build trust and inspire loyalty.
