Journy was a startup that hoped to curate and plan your next trip. Fill out a quick questionnaire about how you like to travel—budget, dietary restrictions, interests, etc, and you’ll get paired with a trip designer who will give you a fully custom itinerary, complete with logistically-optimized activity bookings and restaurant reservations, via the iPhone app and the web.
For Journy, I redesigned their homepage, about page, created a set of 3 blog templates, and redesigned their onboarding flow.
I voiced the importance of UCG and customer tutorials within their digital footprint, whether on-site or social channels.
